Business, sustainability and community

At Texol-Orma we care about people and the planet. And we have decided to turn this commitment into a clear, shared and measurable sustainability and social responsibility strategy.
The entire organisation is in fact involved in the proactive management of environmental, social and economic impacts of the company.
We are working with London-based startup Prosperah to define the best way forward. We’ve engaged our stakeholders, listened to their priorities and identified how Texol-Orma is and will continue to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

A word from our Founders

What are we doing

Starting from our business purpose we’re working towards focusing our sustainability priorities on specific areas, aligning our core business to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The project “Business, sustainability and community” is divided in 2 steps:
1) PURPOSE MAPPING
we engaged and listened to our stakeholders (employees, clients, partners and suppliers) and mapped our priorities to the SDGs.
2) PURPOSE BOOK
we’re developing an action plan with specific objectives, actions and KPIs to set and achieve our sustainability ambitions.
